Creating a new history

Histories are an important part of Galaxy, most people use a new history for every new analysis. Always make sure to give your histories good names, so you can easily find your results back later.

Click the icon at the top of the history panel.

If the is missing:

  1. Click on the icon (History options) on the top of the history panel
  2. Select the option Create New from the menu
