  1. Clean the potatoes, cut into piecies (leave skin on)
  2. Cook until soft, defrost the spinach, start the jus
  3. Drain the potatoes
  4. Stamp the potatoes with the spinach, add milk and butter to taste
  5. Add some jus, garnish with pine nuts
  6. Optional: add a medium boiled egg as garnish Jus met balletjes
  7. Smelt (veel) boter in de pan
  8. voeg rode ui en champignons toe, laat paar minuten sudderen
  9. voeg jus poeder en water toe, laat langzaam indikken
  10. bak de balletjes hierin mee
  11. voeg chili vlokken toe naar smaak
