- Clean the potatoes, cut into piecies (leave skin on)
- Cook until soft, defrost the spinach, start the jus
- Drain the potatoes
- Stamp the potatoes with the spinach, add milk and butter to taste
- Add some jus, garnish with pine nuts
- Optional: add a medium boiled egg as garnish Jus met balletjes
- Smelt (veel) boter in de pan
- voeg rode ui en champignons toe, laat paar minuten sudderen
- voeg jus poeder en water toe, laat langzaam indikken
- bak de balletjes hierin mee
- voeg chili vlokken toe naar smaak
