Ingredients

• 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
• 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
• 1 3/4 c. milk
• 3/4 c. pumpkin puree
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/4 c. butter, melted and cooled slightly, plus more for the griddle and serving
• Maple syrup, for serving

Directions

1. Mix drys
2. Mix wets
3. Combine
4. Cook in a pan

You can 3d print out some coffee decorating thingetjes and dust with powder sugar for the ‘gram.
