Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 220C
- Cut the Brussel sprouts into quarters
- Coat in olive oil
- Season with salt, pepper (and/or Cajun)
- Bake for 25 minutes until brown and soft
- Cover in sauce when done
Sauce
- Fry chalots in the ample butter
- Once butter is brown, add mustard, lemon juice, thyme (& optionally lemon zest)

Can’t believe I like Brussels Sprouts now!!
Chop and season the brussel sprouts, coat in olive oil and just chuck in the oven!
In the meantime, make a yummie sauce
Very tasty! Good as a side dish or just for lunch!
