Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220C
  2. Cut the Brussel sprouts into quarters
  3. Coat in olive oil
  4. Season with salt, pepper (and/or Cajun)
  5. Bake for 25 minutes until brown and soft
  6. Cover in sauce when done

Sauce

  1. Fry chalots in the ample butter
  2. Once butter is brown, add mustard, lemon juice, thyme (& optionally lemon zest)

Description

Can’t believe I like Brussels Sprouts now!!

Chop and season the brussel sprouts, coat in olive oil and just chuck in the oven!

In the meantime, make a yummie sauce

Very tasty! Good as a side dish or just for lunch!
