Pumpkin Risotto

Directions
- Add in 3 el boter and 1 chopped onion
- Chop the 800g pompoen
- Once onion is soft, add the pompoen.
- Season with 1 el rozemarijn and cajun spices and red pepper flakes
- Once the pompoen softens a bit, stir in 400g risotto rijst
- Normal risotto prep from here, with 1L stock and droog, wit wijn
- Top with pompoenzaden and maybe a sprig of bascilicum for colour.
