  • Prep yeast
  • Whisk flour, salt, remaining 1tsp sugar, herbs.
  • Make a well in the center.
  • add yeast/oil. stir until smooth.
  • add more flour to form soft down
  • turn on floured surface.
  • Knead. add more flour until no longer sticky, 6-8 minutes.
  • Place in greased bowl, cover, let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  • Chill overnight
