Tortilla Soup Isjes

Ingredients

Soup

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 large onion
• 4 cloves garlic
• Chile powder
• 1 jalapeño
• Tony's (or other Cajun spice blend)
• Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
• 4-6 tomates
• 1L vegetable broth
• 1 cup fresh corn

Extras

• sour cream

Directions

1. Add a drizzle of sour cream down the side of the isje mold
2. Freeze it.
3. Make Tortilla Soup according to our recipe
4. Pour soup into molds.
