Passionfruit and White Chocolate Risotto

Ingredients

• Risotto rice
• White chocolate bar
• Frozen passievrucht chunks
• Julienne carrots
• 0,5L veggie broth
• Dry white wine
• Red onions
• Courgette
• 1 clove garlic
• 2el oil

Directions

1. Fry up onion and courgette
2. Add risotto rice
3. Add broth and wine in alternation, letting it absorb
4. Chop white chocolate into small pieces and melt in a separate pot with some butter
5. Add half pack frozen passion fruit chunks to risotto
6. Add white chocolate sauce near the end, along with the julienne carrots
