Veggie Quiche

Crust

  1. Mix flour and salt
  2. Add ca 6tbsp of butter
  3. Mix thoroughly with fingers until they’re crumbs
  4. Take a fork and add cold water slowly until it clumps up.
  5. Chuck in the fridge until needed

Veggies

  1. Chop broccoli, onion, spinach
  2. Cook over low heat until soften
  3. Roll out crust and place in greased pans
  4. Add veggies
  5. Add shredded cheeses on top.
  6. Whip 4 eggs, cream, salt & pepper to taste.
  7. Pour over veggies in crust
