Veggie Quiche

Crust
- Mix flour and salt
- Add ca 6tbsp of butter
- Mix thoroughly with fingers until they’re crumbs
- Take a fork and add cold water slowly until it clumps up.
- Chuck in the fridge until needed
Veggies
- Chop broccoli, onion, spinach
- Cook over low heat until soften
- Roll out crust and place in greased pans
- Add veggies
- Add shredded cheeses on top.
- Whip 4 eggs, cream, salt & pepper to taste.
- Pour over veggies in crust
