  1. Julienne the cucmber and carrot, distribute into the bowls
  2. Heat the oil in a medium pan and grill the corn kernels. Chop and add the garlic cloves here. When the corn is slightly browned/burnt on edges, add to the bowls
  3. Distribute seaweed per bowl
  4. Slice avocados, 1/2 avocado per bowl
  5. Top with cashews and grilled onion bits
