Directions

Guac

  1. Cut the avodados and crush in a bowl with a fork
  2. Add garlic, onion and 3/4 of the tomato and mix well
  3. Squeeze in some lime juice

Dip

  1. Spread a layer of refried beans in a bowl
  2. Add layer of guac
  3. Add layer of sour cream
  4. Add layer of mix of tomato, cheddar and spring onion
  5. Serve with tortilla chips
