Prep

  1. Put a pot on low heat / set up your slow cooker
  2. Add beans/tomato purée to pot.
  3. Chop onions, garlic, chili, and add to pot
  4. Season with Cajun seasoning to taste
  5. Let sit over low heat, stirring occasionally

Serving

  1. Add some grated cheddar
  2. Add a dollop of sour cream (more if you’ve made it too spicy)
