Prep
- Put a pot on low heat / set up your slow cooker
 - Add beans/tomato purée to pot.
 - Chop onions, garlic, chili, and add to pot
 - Season with Cajun seasoning to taste
 - Let sit over low heat, stirring occasionally
 
Serving
- Add some grated cheddar
 - Add a dollop of sour cream (more if you’ve made it too spicy)
