Blue Cheese and Walnut Pasta
Ingredients
Directions
- Cut the red onions and spring onions, and chop the garlic
 - Fry up the garlic and red onion and the whiter half of the spring onions
 - Add cream and crumble in the blue cheese while stirring and let thicken
 - Optional: add vermouth/sherry
 - Add the walnuts and cranberries and let simmer for a couple minutes
 - Drain the pasta and stir into the sauce
 - Garnish with the rest of the spring onion
