Blue Cheese and Walnut Pasta

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the red onions and spring onions, and chop the garlic
  2. Fry up the garlic and red onion and the whiter half of the spring onions
  3. Add cream and crumble in the blue cheese while stirring and let thicken
  4. Optional: add vermouth/sherry
  5. Add the walnuts and cranberries and let simmer for a couple minutes
  6. Drain the pasta and stir into the sauce
  7. Garnish with the rest of the spring onion
