  1. Heat the oil/ghee in the pan, and add the onion, garlic, ginger, red pepper and bleekselderij, heat for a couple of minutes.
  2. Add the potato, pumpkin, and spices and stir til well mixed
  3. Add the coconut milk and vegetable stock and bring to the boiling
  4. Transfer the contents to the slowcooker and cook on high for 4 hours.
